Shipping dry food, drinks and non food

Conditions for processing & shipping your orders

RaanAsia ships your orders throughout Europe. Shipments to certain countries are only valid for the mainland and not for certain islands or overseas areas. Your order will be processed within 3 working days of receipt. After an order has been processed, it will be sent with a shipping company (Bpost, PostNL, DPD, GLS, ...). All rates below are for shipping up to 25 kilos (including packaging). Above 25 kilos, a fee is charged for each additional 25 kilos in your shopping cart.

Below are the shipping costs and shipping time:

(*) Dry food can be sent on request. Additional fees may be charged by customs. These must be paid by the customer. Orientalpanda is not responsible for any additional charges.

Delivery is made by shipping via the shipping company. When receiving the package, no extra costs are lost for the Customer unless agreed with Oriental Panda.

All packages are shipped within 3 working days after an order is received. Packages are shipped on working days according to national law. When the postal service is not available for unforeseen circumstances, the order will be shipped the next working day.

Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Oriental Panda. To enjoy a refund for the damaged products, you must take pictures of the outside of the box, the inside of the box as well as the damaged products.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically acquired the products. However, the risk already transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Oriental Panda.

Oriental Panda is not responsible if the products arrive later than the stated shipping period. Once the package has been delivered, the responsibility of the shipping time lies with the sender of the package (bpost, DPD, DHL, ...).

Free pick-up of your order is only possible in Bruges (Belgium). If you want to do a pickup, please contact us after ordering via info@orientalpanda.com. Oriental Panda will then agree on a specific date and time with you.
